QR Code: From Your Phone to The Guests’

In your Ambassador package we also provide you with a QR code to save onto your phone’s gallery. Use this QR code when you are mingling and as an easy reference for guests. You may consider showing the guest one of three videos from senderoexpeditions.org and when they show interest you can pull up the QR code and easily direct them to the website for more details.

This QR code is also linked to your commission tracking. Again we encourage you to test all links upon receipt and report any questions or concerns before you begin your valued ambassador mission!

How To Sell Sendero Expeditions

A Tour is Tour. Sendero offers Educational Expeditions.

While talking about Sendero’s educational expeditions as tours it just doesn’t capture the depth of experience and our mission. We ask our Sendero Ambassadors to familiarize yourselves with the messaging on the Sendero Expedition website. 

In summary it’s important to not use words like tour but instead use expedition, immpersive, participation. These curated experiences are private (we limit participation to 6 unless it is the archaeology dig (12 people). We offer white glove service with a concierge who confirms your attendance the night before and helps with any last minute questions.

We have implemented a professional affiliate tracking system to ensure your referrals are managed with total transparency. Your custom link is embedded in the guest email below. When your guest clicks this link, their visit is tracked; even if they return to book days later, the system allocates the booking to your account.
