ITINERARY

  • 6:30 AM – Departure & En-Route Briefing: Depart from designated locations in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. En-route briefing.

  • 7:30 AM – Farm Tour & Turmeric Harvest: A guided permaculture walk through the award winning regenerative farm, and a hands-on turmeric harvesting alongside local growers.

  • 9:00 AM – Oceanside Farm-to-Table Breakfast Buffet: Enjoy an organic, multi-course morning feast prepared with fresh, hyper-local ingredients harvested directly from surrounding permaculture beds by the ocean.

  • 9:45 AM – Artisanal Turmeric Workshop & Village Heritage: Guided by members of Mujeres de la Tierra you will process, cure, and grind raw golden turmeric root using time-honoured techniques. Share fresh golden milk while learning about the history of this local women’s collective and life in their small village.

  • 11:30 AM – Return Transfer: Depart Juluchuca in private climate-controlled transport for arrival back in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo by 12:30 PM.
